Troyeu: I really put an emphasis on being diligent up hitting every single workout. Even if i was doing just an easy six or seven mile run that there was no workout. The other thing that i did, and while it's a flat city, i do live around an area where there are some hills. And so tryed to incorporate that strategic focus into the runs as much as possible.
