How to Take Long Lunch Breaks in the Afternoon
At one o'clock is a really key time of day, because this is afternoon rejuvenation. I just go to the half an hour sparring session at my local school - not ideal for learning Jiu Jitsu but it clears my head. At four 30 most days, I have a call with my friend Jesse, we have a 15 minute call and I just find that's really valuable in a lot of different ways. And then from five to six 30, that's daily buffer time.
