The Secret Ingredient in This Chocolate Cake
This cake has six tablespoons of lemon juice, which is a fair amount. It's really sort of fudgy and browning like on the inside. You got a cake with two kinds of chocolate in olive oil; you're feeling good about its light because of the juice. So this is a basic cake with a batter, one bulb, but then you whip some egg whites full of those in.
