The Importance of Sleep

Some of the most successful entrepreneurs what they prioritize in their routine and won't give up it is sleep. Elon Musk does five hours a night that he breaks but i'm not going to be a 5 a.m. rise and grind person if i don't fall asleep until one in the morning you bet your ass i am sleeping in until eight because my day that will change the whole course of my day and my productivity despite societies telling me to do  it's actually really counterintuitive to do that reach preach.
