How to Make a Jump Faster With Plyometrics

Plyometrics is that ability to be as I mentioned before be more reflective and to use the built-in human you could say it. It's all part of the foundation of movement that we use within sport. We're looking at getting reflective actions from the kind of nature of our joints which are designed to deflect off of the ground rather than move on for limb. When us humans are able to be stiffer we're able to use the energy that come from the previous action but let's say that you're sprinting in a straight line with the velocity that I already have moving forward if I'm already airborne and I put my foot down I think that velocity is going to go completely
