In some bodybuilding communities, people will talk about eating 6, 7 meals. Is that an example where you are overactivating M-Tor? Should we be trying to get our protein in from less meals so that we have less of these pulses? How do you reconcile all of that? I think you'd describe two different populations with different goals. The bodybuilders are trying to maximize their mass in shortest period of time. In terms of the average adult who's trying to maintain their health, I go for 2 to 3 meals a day that have 40 plus grams of protein in it.
