The Health Benefits of Alcohol
Less than one drink per day is considered a low level of alcohol use. Any more than that is potentially associated with health risks. Alcohol use, even in low amounts, increases risk for certain cancers and liver disease. But i think it's relatively safer drug compared to other drugs like illicit drugs.
