Is Static Stretching Useful?
Stretching your muscles is like stretching a rubber band, it's not going to change anything. We just have to be more clear about what our intentions are then we can select the appropriate interventions. This has been ubiquitous since the beginning of time You know I always tell funny stories about anatomy. The first guys that that got to name the stuff Right. So let's just say gluteus maximus as a muscle Right. They said it was a muscle and so 2300 years later after those first anatomical dissections We're still calling it a muscle when we know full well that the behavioral capabilities of this thing is like so many muscles right.
