How to Stop Beta Blockers
There's a very patient oriented outcome that is positive here, mortality and then less multi-organous function. The next step is stop the drugs. They're probably on that are going to cause worse hemodynamics and organous function. Some of these patients may be on beta blockers for prevention of variceal hemorrhage. A big problem with these folks with Bontaneous Bactural Part Nightis is that many of them may start hypo-refusing their organs or develop a patarina syndrome.
