If i eat more saturated fat, my colastral goes a bat really quickly. Making sure you start eating early, because for me, i don't have any appetite in the morning. Aes grates and chocolate with nuts, and just mashing, i together, mak hazel nuts, chocolate, some sweetener, and just make like a big boll that can be like a 15 hundred calory just chocolate hazel nut bowl. Just whole foods, like white rice, for me, is like as cheat food as it gets. So lots of nuts, lots of liquid calories.
