Marketing is about trust, and I visualize that trust as a seesaw. One side of this seesaw is how great you are at marketing, and the other side is how specific of a customer you're marketing too. You can build trust either way, by being exceptional at marketing, or by being very specific on your customer. Every message dilutes itself, and there's no core. What are you?
