What Is Good Practice?
It's not saying we need to change everything we do. It's about fine tuning and tweaking the things that we already do, and probably introducing a few new strategies. One thin that i'm finding is coming up quite commonly, i say coaching u two or three people together. We're all kind of working on the stuff. But let's see if we can say honei a great word for it.
