What Is a Typical Training Week Leading Into a World Championships?
In the 2012 to 2014 era a typical training week would be around 35 hours. Now it's much different with no brick sessions and longer runs where we do some faster and slower case alternate alternating. No sessions that are longer than four hours so in total also the total volume would be more something like uh 25 to yeah 25 to 28 hoursYeah and you've got two really quickfire questions for me about how i could improve my time at this year's world championships. I'm looking forward to hearing from all of your fans who want to know what’s going on over these next few weeks as they get closer to London.
