Once you've got muscle your body likes it and wants to keep it so experimenting with different deload paradigms is probably not going to hurt you, if anything it's just going to give you good insights into like what you best respond to. Get more confident in listening to your body uh that's it's another big takeaway from this in this episode i guess no absolutely.
