The SEC's Proposed Rulemaking on Stock Market Overhaul

Jennifer Shullp: The SEC's analysis on this front is not in line with some academic research. She says there will be plenty of blame to go around if the SEC continues down this past. Shullp said it's much better to take a look at little fixes in order to make small tweaks and see what happens rather than rewriting a system that actually works relatively well.
