The Importance of Focus and Intensity in the Gym
There's a fair amount of consistency in what the skeing athletes certainly are doing, but there's a difference in intensity and focus. One of the things you'll notice is that the er athletes will maybe listen to music, but they'll never watch t v or read a book while they're training. The distracted athletes simply don't get that benefit. So i think there'sa wide range of things that athletes of all ages and sports can take advantage of.
