The Five Lies People With ADHD Tell Theirself and Believe
In the mental health profession, we have this term we call cognitive distortions. These lies that we tell ourselves and actually believe here are about five lies. And where these lies get them into trouble is that they tell these things to other people, but it's not because they're lying to them intentionally. So I kind of refer to this as misplaced optimism.
