The Franchise Model Is Like Selling Real Estate You Don't Own

The average across te boardis probably approaching two and a half million dollars gross revenue. That's a six month, it's a six months year gig, too. You can take the winter off in in this model. I was literally able to take a map and draw a circle around it based on some geography and some population and demographics. And i found that i could go on craig's list and post a free ad, like in the business section where people are selling use office furniture, and i would get eight or ten leads 24 hour period. It's like, franchising is a beautiful model.
