The idea is to put a big training stimulus in one day and then make sure you recover. I would say that it's more tailing around specificity of the race demands. So depending on how much time the athlete needs to prepare for that, maybe they need two or three days to go into a back-to-back. But other times in the season, I don't think every athlete has to follow the same structure.
