The Effects of Breathing on Anxiety

The more you slow your breathing down the slower your offloading carbon dioxide out of the system and therefore keeping more in the system. It's actually one of the things that's triggering a your breathing um and be potentially some of the feelings of anxiety because the more sensitive we are to it the  more irritability the brain will have or be susceptible to those absolutely.
