The Importance of Technical Training in Commercial Estate Brokerage

When I started in my search career, which was 30 some odd years ago, one of the truisms was get someone who started as a runner at CB or Kushman. And that's changed. Back when you were coming up, I think there was a lot of that and people do three, four years of it and then move out. But since then the real estate world has institutionalized. So they got their start at Blackstone. Maybe not with chat GBT. That will all change. But I don't think so.
