I wouldn't say that I'm smart enough or disciplined enough to have fit this into some kind of Jack Barker conjoined triangles of operational thinking. It is more often than not situational. A style of certain leadership where you're there to help them help the company achieve what we all agree has to happen. And then a promise that people are going to be in the loop and that they're going to get out of the company, what they put into it is kind of the only way I've learned how to run a business. That's somethingWe talk about at almost every company meeting we have every two weeks. It's something that we talk about really frequently and one on ones with individuals.
