Customer Service - Is That a Good Idea?

Cable companies are able to do good now because they're insulated from their competition. When that happens, a company who's up with their customer service aspects understand the value of this thing. The only companies that can get away with that shit are companies that don't have to compete and cable is one of em. If you're selling snow cones, be proud of the snow cones. Be proud of who you buy your ice from. Enjoy, embrace and brag on that yo customer about your product. Education does not have to be boring; we're talking about showing somebody with your heart why you want it.
