The Sure Heart's Release

We're going to pause here for a little bit of more conscious reflection. And we have the capacity to deepen attention, see these flags, and really discover who we are beyond the resisting self. If you like to open your eyes, please feel free. I want a name that i never think of resistance as some bad thing. It's really our natural protection against vulnerability. To know that the path of home coming is to pause and acknowledge without judging the resistance, and then deepen attention with curiosity, with kindness.
