Is Room Sleep Important for Memory?
We can't really just get data from certain locations of the brain and make conclusions. It could be that the hippocampus can go into and out of rem sleep without the cortex ever registering rem sleep at all. And so, you know, if you don't see an increase in rem after a certain learning task, you can't necessarily say, based on neocortical studies, that rem sleep is not important for consolidating that taski often often think of ar ete pink figt song as somebody in my plain. But it seems like ther some some parts ar sleeping, some parts are doing work, and yet the ones that doing work goes to sleep, an parts wake up.
