Are Skin-Based Heart Rate Measurements Accurate?
H-R-V is measuring the very, like, sub-second timing differences between your heart is beating. Some devices that have high sampling rates that work pretty well. But in my testing of this for trying to determine some things, research project working on, that the skin-based ones are probably not that good and it's one of those, like, garbage in, garbage out kind of things.
