I think the pendulum can sometimes swing too far in the direction of lower reps. And I mean, we saw that in the Schoenfeld study where they did the seven by three. When you do that, it's kind of hard to argue against like there's a time in a place for higher rep ranges. There doesn't seem to be very many studies that directly look into this question in a manner that people are actually doing it in their training. But then you have to square that with the fact that, but it hasn't in the literature, so I think that is only one hurdle,. Once you've cleared that, you've actually got a few more.
