How to Build Experiences Into Your Products and Services

When marketers are building experiences into the product, is possible to make the difference between the marketing and the product, very fuzzy or unqueer. One example of this that i share in the book has to do with the brand the eyeglass on ine e yglass retailer named warby parker. They've done some things to imbed some experiences into their product packaging. And part of what they've done with that experience is that they've encouraged users to actually take s of themselves, share them on social and get feedback from their friends.
