Post Work in a Train?
There aret two types of ways i usually incorporate postworks. The first way is into warming up. And the second how i include my post work is with separate sessions in a microcycle. I mean, a micro cycle is one week of training. How you organize it? Like a period of three to four weeks. In my book, is a mesocycle, or training blow. A micro cycle isOne week. This is how i use it. It's just a very short fase within the training block that you're doing usually.
