Worry is like putting in the clutch and slamming on the gas. Worrying about sinerios doesn't equal planning for or preparing us mor worsk scinerios. But one thing it does is it zaps our energy. It's kind of like, you know, tho the fear is like getting into first gear,. It, ouknow, moves us along quickly. We're not going anywhere, but we certainly are preparing for melt down.
