The New Year's Resolution

i usually don't encourage doing the same muscle groups, dipping o, back to back. You want to rest a couple of days in between to letyou for cover. Even sometimes taking a week or two off, you might find that when you get back into your routine, you have this increased burst of energy. We shouldn't discredit that, ye? All right. Well, lots for all of us to think about. And i guess the bottom line is, do something. It helps to just get up and start small, if that's what it takes. But always good to get moving. I'll be back to morrow.
