The Bicycle Boom and the Rover Safety Bike

The invention of the Rover safety bike was an extraordinary thing in that whereas most progress is kind of evolutionary Rover, which is the precursor of the car company. Came up with a design of a bicycle, almost out of nowhere, that is pretty much identical to the design of bicycles. And it hasn't really changed. But they made the amazing that came out of that boom was basically made for tarmac roads. Because there weren't many cars at the time, if any. The real pressure to tarmac roads obviously didn't come from all sounders who weren't particularly clever. Right? We couldn't give a this is interesting. It came from the bicycle lobby, which demanded smoother road.
