Germany and the State: The Post World One

Germany is home to the Rhineland mystics. There's been an undercurrent running through Germany that helped fuel the Protestant Reformation. But this undercurrent in Germany is very neoplatonic, very gnostic. The German idealism also seems to fail because of the critiques that are coming out of positivism and philosophical position.
