The Potential Downsides of Meditation
Scientist Willoughby Britain has focused on the cautionary tales of intensive meditation practice where she's just thinks that some number of people are harmed by meditation. We in the scientific community have to understand that more and be less boosterous about meditation, certainly intensive meditation practice. I don't know her and she's someone who ultimately I probably should have on the podcast. But is there anything to react to in there? It can go very deep. We're really going into the psyche, you know, on levels that we usually don't in our ordinary life. And we're learning things about ourselves on many, many levels.
