A customer came to me with severe depression and anxiety, which was odd because he'd been so successful. So i drew a stick figure of a golfer with a bubble above the golfer's head. And i said, just make up some thoughts here. But what is this tick figure golfer telling himself? It does they don't have to be your thoughts, but make up something like you're making a comic strip. He wrote down that the golfer was telling himself: it was just sheer luck, the advice that i gave that made so much money for my clients,. The workon on motivation and resistance has a lot to do with how we think about our own self-esteem
