I love the here are my marbles starting from a place of trust. How do you communicate that? Like do you literally just say, hey, we're taking some marbles out of the drawer? Actually, I sometimes am too candid to a fault. But again, I also have a first meeting template where I ask people how they like to receive and give feedback. And I answer that question for them as well. It's part of the job description of being the leader.

Trust is like a jar of marbles.
