You have so many of these intrinsic muscles in your feet that are under active. They're leaking energy. Remember, we're we're creating all this force high up in the chain. So where is that force going? Where's that energy going? It's leaking out. And actually there was a recent study I just saw it today showing that change of direction significantly improved when toe strength improved. Yeah. There was not like a ton of data on this. Like you sit down with 10 really good trainers and they would be like, yeah, it absolutely changes performance. But there were no studies to back them up until now. Exactly.
