There's defily been a movement towards heavier weights relative to the to the athletes tolerance, and focusing sometimes more on some of those corps movements. Most endurance athletes probably are going to lack the technique and the the experienced maybe to properly do a kettle bell swing with enough weight to be able to keep it low rap. So i guess maybe my question's multi faceted. Whereas, first of all, is there application for kettleble swings for endurance athletes? And then second, like, what is a way to start that?
