i recommend people don't re read chapters of their non fiction book. There is a difference between recognition and recollection. If you want greater comprehension, you have to train yourself to ask better questions. Movement is key, cause as your body moves, your praying grooves are good for the brain. The average person loses their focus after 25 or 30 minutes am.
