The Importance of Intuition in Planning

I was a statistician, believe it or not, when I was a baby before I became a strategist. There are stories to be found and unlocked in, in the numbers too. One of my most important piece of work as a strategist was for road safety back in Australia. The more people you have in your car, the more you're likely to have an accident because more people equals more theater. So, you know, those are things that are very real, and you have to take that into account. It can just be something that inspires the whole process.
