The Importance of Storytelling in Sales
The story is about the person, not the company that you're talking about. You highlight the similarity between the prospect and this person you're remembering. The structure I at least at a very, very simple level that I advise people to follow to keep it simple. So then you can kind of keep yourself honest to that structure. That's how I guide my reps to sort of go through a story. It's not perfect, but it's at least simple and pretty memorable.
