The Importance of Hard Work in CrossFit
In CrossFit, three days of hard work is about what you can sustain realistically. Greg Glassman said that most people mailed it in a little bit more on the fourth day. And so many of us convince ourselves that if we're not there day in, day out grinding it out, you're not going to be making progress. But when that voice starts rearing its head, it is more advantageous to step away.
