I think i check in on it generally once or twice a day. And i'll kind of jump in on different discussions if there's something to say, or amoji react to the things that people are saying. I often wonder if i should be doing more kind of deliberate programming. One of the main things i wanted was for people to be able to post what we call form checkes in lifting,. where they just film self doing a lift and say like, hey, how does my form lookam i like, doing this completely wrong? The community is much smaller than other discords so you can also weg in as much as anybody else.
