The Importance of Frequency in Training
I think the frequency is something that is important to bring up here when we talk about this stuff. I've seen different coaches implement, you know, for instance, Canova like implements sprints on easy days and strength training mixed in with other full-on workouts. It's just another way to get this stuff in. With web in Rasko training, there were small doses of mobility or strength almost every single day.
