Exploring Mental Health Complexity

The last few months have seen Sachin had 2 friends take their own life. Mental health problems are becoming more apparent and talked about in society and something that we are both very passionate about. In this episode we spoke to Evonne Englezos, psychotherapist and CEO of inspired to thrive. She gave a psychoanalytic perspective of all things mental health; especially delving into the deep roots of why people suffer from mental illnesses and what people might be able to do to overcome them. We also spoke about her experience battling depression and the challenges that come with it.
