The Effects of Fasting on Appetite Hormones
When women do fast training or they stay in a breakdown state, post exercise by not eating, it, uh, downturns, our kiss pepton neurons. So what that does is it skews our appetite hormones and signals some thyroid dysfunction. We need to be able to fuel our bodies when it's under stress. And there's literature now coming out showing that if you're looking to lose weight, a slight calorie restriction in the evening is so much better than this fasted stuff.
