How to Increase Your FTP Workouts When You Don't Have Much Time

The last thing that we need to address here is what do you do if you have a lot of time? I'll start putting FTP work kind of in the middle of a workout. And so now it's an hour and a half work, if we've got, you know, 10 to 15 minutes rest in between each. So normally just keep your legs hard enough to not take over with recovery. But on these long 20 minute rides, increase the level of recoveries for people who really like aerobic power.
