What Did You Learn From Your Breathing?

Breathing slowed me down enough to actually give a ship about what my patterns were. And most of us aren't at the place, and i was not for quite some time to recognize that yet. When i say that we talk about human beings being a specific age, i'm really of the minds that's a really poor decision that we've made. The fact that we're not progressing some of that stuff is scary. We've got hardware on us that is so old that it's like, there's the reason why it's been gone this long.
