Are You Being Productive or Are You Becoming Efficient?

productivity is about doing something in the most efficient way possible rather than working long hours, right? That's not really productive. And some evidence-based ways that we can increase our efficiency in our work is one to reduce cognitive effort. So it might be helpful to bash similar tasks together and that allows you to maintain that attention towards similar tasks. After say every 45 minutes of focused work, take a 10 minute break, stretch your body, move around and then come back to that task.
