The same food can have a very different effect on different people. We need to start thinking about how all the food affects us in much more detail. Some people are good at picking it up but I, for example, didn't really notice when I was having these sugar dips. But you could probably train yourself to be good at it without the gadgets. It's quite tough to do it without the devices.
